who unfortunately doesn't share
her enthusiasm. In lack of cats
all animal babies will do, such
as chickens, lambs and of course
puppies. But her favourite
is our niece , Sissel Sofie,
whom Frida truly adores. Maybe
also because Sissel is very
generous with doggie
treats. |

After we had had Victor for some
months we knew that we had totally
fallen for this breed, and began to talk
about having another puppy. However we
decided to wait until Victor was a
little older.
When Victor turned one
year old we spoke a little more
seriously and looked around for a good
kennel and a suitable bitch. All plans
changed again when we heard that Victors
sister needed somewhere to live.
After
several visits, telephone conversations
and e-mails Frida came to live with us
in April 2002.
We have not regretted a single
moment. Her temperament is very typical
for the breed and she is a pleasant and
loving dog. She gets on very well with
our other dogs, Victor and the Collie,
Boscoe - who seem to be pleased to have
a girl around the house.
We were excited to discover what it
was like to bring a one year old dog
into the house, rather than a puppy -
but Frida fitted in very quickly and we
look forward to many happy years with
her too.
